The Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) is responsible for general administration at national level. School education is organised at a decentralised level by the MIUR through the Regional School Offices (Uffici Scolastici Regionali, USR), which operate at provincial level in Local Offices.
The Latium Regional School Office (Ufficio Scolastico Regionale per il Lazio, USR Lazio) is a branch of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR). Usually, it is divided into Local Offices, depending on its duties and local requirements. The USR oversees observance of general provisions for education and minimum performance requirements, the effectiveness of training actions and observance of standards.
The Latium Regional School Office is particularly interested in the project “I Secure”, infact is the Director General himself Gildo De Angelis to participate in the project along with the inspector Anita Francini. Of the staff are part many executives of the regional office, and the school "Lombardo Radice" in Rome that administers the financial sector. The "Lombardo Radice" together with the "Galilei" and the "Colombo" schools are participating in the research.

Finance & Banking, Organisational & HR development Association, Effebi Association, is a non-profit organization based in Rome, set up in 1978 in Bocconi University (Milan) and supported by HR managers from the most relevant Italian banks.

The Association promotes and coordinates studies, surveys and other initiatives for Human Resources Management and development and organisational solutions in the Financial Services Sector.

EFFEBI includes the Centre for Research and European Studies (CRESfb) supported by Experts and Professionals to conduct , in collaboration with Universities, researches and studies activities on Quality Assurance and Lifelong Learning.


The Association  has more than 15 years of experience in the promotion of the European cooperation to improve methods and instruments in educational/vocational training and LLL.

It is the Leader coordinator for the development of the Outputs 2, 5, and 6; and coordinator with the Bulgarian Partner, the University of National and World Economy, of the Output 3.

E-CO-learning studio srl is a training company specialized in offering products and services for e-learning conveyed through research and consultancy. E-CO has been operating for about ten years in the education sector, providing solutions and services to public and private organizations. Its experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of training and developing individual and organizational dynamics are based on the integration between R&D and market. Essentially the research areas focus on the development of pedagogical approaches and on Technology Enhanced Learning; collaborative learning; formal, non-formal and informal learning; cross cultural learning and e-inclusion. The main people involved in the project are Christian Branchi, co-founder and CEO at E-CO, and Giovanni Sorrentino, project manager and responsible of the R&I area. E-CO will lead Outputs 1 & 4.

The Open Universiteit Nederland was founded in 1984, welcoming its first students in September 1984. It is an independent government-funded institute. The administration is based in Heerlen, in the province of Limburg, in the very south of the Netherlands. Dispersed over the Netherlands, the Open Universiteit has 12 study centres and 3 support centres, as well as 6 study centres in Dutch-speaking Flanders (Belgium) and 1 study centre in the Netherlands Antilles. Within the OUNL the Welten Institute (Research Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology), integrates expertise in the learning sciences and technology-enhanced learning. It focuses on improving the quality of education by educational research that is scientifically of excellent quality and at the same time practically oriented.

The University of National and World Economy (UNWE) is a state university, the most prestigious and the largest economic university in South-Eastern Europe. UNWE, having also a prestigious faculty of Applied Informatics and Statistics, has substantial experience in running research and education projects. Until 2014 it has implemented about 130 such projects supported by international, national and institutional funds and programmes.The researchers in the Department of Information Technologies and Communications (DITC) are highly skilled professionals who conduct research witin the Business Intelligence field - Databases, Data Warehousing, OLAP, Information Retrieval; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT System Design, Information Security, Web and Internet technologies, etc. Within the project UNWE will support the leaders of Outputs 2 & 5.

Inercia Digital is an innovative Andalusian social enterprise, established in 2012, with Europe-wide outlets, and focused on fostering training in digital skills in Europe both for organizations and entrepreneurs. Inercia Digital has International and European projects experience, inside and outside the Erasmus+ Programme with several projects where we participate. Based on its expertise area, during the last two years it has created and lead websites and e-learning platforms for education institutions/providers (such as schools, adult education centres, VET, etc.), in order to integrate ICT in their daily activities while training them on digital competences and web tools, e-learning, virtual opportunities and collaborative learning.
Inercia Digital has received the certificate by AENOR as Young Innovative Company and we are implementing the ISO 29990:2010 – Learning services for non-formal education and training – thaks to the CooperActive Project.

MERIG' core fields of expertise deal with social, cultural, political, ecological and economic issues in addition to more general topics connected to internal and external relations within the European Union. Connected to education, main fields of interest are education and training systems in Europe, in particular vocational education and training. Members of the Multidisciplinary European Research Institute Graz have extensive experience in evaluating applications, projects and products in a multitude of different projects and programme lines including acting as evaluators for regional and national agencies and on European level for European Commission agencies. It will lead Output 8.
